Saffron Streeten

Saffron Streeten is a British landscape and portrait artist and a student at the University of St Andrews, she specialises in oil painting and limited-edition art prints. Often focusing on scenes of the coast and seascapes she says: "I find that most of my artistic inspiration begins with a simple walk along the beach. Here I love to watch how the changing light effects both sea and skyscapes. Every second a more beautiful horizon appears. When I get home I paint this recognisable view as it helps me cleanse my mind whilst doing something I love”.
