Margaret Evans

Margaret Evans is a Scottish contemporary artist and internationally respected tutor, and author of numerous teaching books and DVDs. She now paints full-time in her studio in Highland Perthshire, an area of outstanding beauty in Scotland. 

Margaret has a D.A. (Glasgow School of Art) and an A.T.C. (University of London) and is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and a member of the prestigious Glasgow Art Club. Margaret is inspired by the local features of a landscape, such as the dramatic skies, seasonal woodland spots, Loch Earn and Grampian Mountains that surround her.
